Willmar Minnesota Online Driver Education and Willmar Minnesota Licensing Procedures
Purpose: To provide supplemental information to help obtain your Willmar Minnesota Learners Permit or Drivers License. This online course cannot be used to complete the required 30 hours of classroom instruction.
