*In the state of Missouri, an individual must be 15 years of age to get a permit.
*A learner’s permit holding period is 182 days.
*In order to get a license, an individual must have 40 supervised driving hours, including 10 at night. This must be with a supervised driver — someone who is 21 years of age or older.
*In order to get a license, an individual must be at least 16 years of age and must also pass a road test.
*Class F license individuals are not able to drive between 1 am and 5 am, unless they are driving to work or school or are with a supervised driver.
*For the first 6 months that an individual has their license, he or she is only able to have one non-family member passenger who is under the age of 19. During the next 6 months, only 3 individuals under the age of 19 are able to be passengers. They must also be non-family members.
