Is AMB Driving School a licensed driving school in California?

We highly recommend that you contact AMB Driving School directly or the California DMV to find out for sure if AMB Driving School offers behind-the-wheel training courses that have been approved by the State of California.
Do I have to take a behind-the-wheel training course? Can't my parents just give me my behind-the-wheel training?
There are some states that do allow parents or guardians to provide their teen-aged kids' required behind-the-wheel training in order to obtain a driver's license. However many states do not allow any type of substitution for attending a professionally-taught driver training course. We suggest you contact your state's DMV to find out what the laws are in your state regarding behind-the-wheel training.
I have no clue how to drive a stick-shift vehicle. What happens if AMB Driving School makes me train on a manual-shift vehicle?
Considering the fact you are a brand new driver, you probably don't know much about operating ANY type of vehicle....manual OR automatic! If you prefer to do your hands-on driver training with an automatic-shift vehicle, you may want to call AMB Driving School and let them know before you enroll in their behind-the-wheel training course. That way you'll know for certain whether AMB Driving School will be able to accommodate you before you pay them any money.
Since I live way out in a remote location where driving on unpaved roads and rugged terrain is the norm, will AMB Driving School be able to teach me how to drive in a non-urban environment? Or do they only prepare you for city-driving?
Since you live in the country, odds are that any local driving school in your area such as AMB Driving School will want you to be able to drive safely on unpaved roads and rugged terrain. We recommend that you contact AMB Driving School directly to find out exactly what they offer.
If I'm 14, can I get a driver's permit to drive in California?
Possibly. However, you should be aware that most states require you to be at least 15½ years old before you can get a learner's permit. We recommend that you contact the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a certified driving school such as AMB Driving School to find out exactly what the minimum age requirement is in California.
Can I take AMB Driving School's driver training course before taking a Moreno Valley California drivers education classroom course or online course?
It depends on what California's laws say. However, you should know that most states will require teen-aged, first-time drivers to complete both a defensive driving classroom course (which are approximately 30 hours in length, depending on California's laws) or an approved online course, plus a state-approved driver training course. We recommend that you contact AMB Driving School directly to see if they offer either (or both) of these courses.
