A All America Driving SchoolFAQ's

Can you tell me if A All America Driving School is a certified driving school in California?
Although A All America Driving School is listed on our list of driving schools in your area, we are unable to say with certainty as to whether they are currently approved to teach behind-the-wheel training courses in California.  We recommend either calling A All America Driving School directly or the California DMV to find out whether or not A All America Driving School offers hands-on driving courses that are state-approved.
I've been told that either of my parents can supervise my behind-the-wheel training, so I don't have to attend a Anaheim California driving school like A All America Driving School to fulfill my driver training requirement. Do you know if that's true or not?
You will need to contact the California DMV or a state-approved driver training school like A All America Driving School to find out.  Some states do allow parent-taught driving, but many states do not.
Do I need to tell A All America Driving School that I need to train with an automatic-shift automobile? I don't know how to drive a manual-shift vehicle.

I live in a small rural town, where there are a lot of small, unpaved roads. Will my behind-the-wheel training with A All America Driving School include being taught how to drive in remote areas? Or do they just offer training for urban driving?
Most local driving schools will likely want their students to know how to drive safely in the local area.  Therefore, chances are good that the behind-the-wheel training you receive from A All America Driving School will include handling dirt roads and mountain driving.
Can I get my California learner's permit once I turn 14?
Most likely, no.  Most states have set the minimum age to obtain a learner's permit at 15 or 15½.  You may want to contact the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a licensed driver training school like A All America Driving School to learn more about the minimum age requirement in California.
Do I have to complete a Anaheim California drivers education classroom course or online course before enrolling in one of A All America Driving School's driver training courses?
Each state has its own laws, but most states will require first-time drivers to take both a driver training course plus either a drivers education classroom course (which are about 30 hours in length) or an approved online drivers education course.  You may want to ask A All America Driving School if they offer one or both programs.
I have to take a behind-the-wheel class in Anaheim California before California will give me my driver's license. Does A All America Driving School offer this type of course?

I live in Anaheim California. What requirements must I meet to be able to get my first California driver's license?
It depends on the particular laws of California, but most states require teen-aged first-time license applicants to successfully complete both a drivers education classroom course and a driver training course.  A All America Driving School may offer courses which would fulfill the behind-the-wheel training requirement, however you will need to contact them directly to find out exactly what types of courses they offer.
Is it necessary for me to complete a driver training course in order to get my first California driver's license?
