Vinod Driving School Corp.FAQ's

Are all the driving schools listed on your website fully-certified by the Texas DMV to offer behind-the-wheel training courses in Texas?
The driving school directory on our website is for your convenience only, and we cannot absolutely guarantee that every driving school listed is currently certified to offer behind-the-wheel training courses in Texas.  We suggest you contact the Texas DMV to make sure a particular driving school is licensed before you sign up to take their driver training course.
I heard that parents can fill the role of driving supervisor in Texas, so taking a Sugar Land driving school course like the one Vinod Driving School Corp. offers is not necessary. Is that true?
You should contact the Texas DMV or a licensed driving school like Vinod Driving School Corp. and ask them.  While parent-taught driving instruction is permitted in some states, many states do NOT allow it.
Do I need to tell Vinod Driving School Corp. that I need to train with an automatic-shift vehicle? I don't know how to operate a stick-shift vehicle.
Most new drivers don't know how to operate either a stick-shift OR and automatic-shift automobile!  We recommend that you ask Vinod Driving School Corp. if you can complete your driver training using an automatic-shift automobile before you register for their driver training course.
Since I live way out in a remote location where driving on dirt roads and bumpy terrain is the norm, will Vinod Driving School Corp. be able to teach me how to drive in a non-urban environment? Or do they only prepare you for city-driving?
Since you live in a rural area, odds are that any local driving school in your area such as Vinod Driving School Corp. will want you to be able to drive safely on unpaved roads and rugged terrain.  We recommend that you contact Vinod Driving School Corp. directly to find out exactly what they offer.
Are 14-year-olds eligible to obtain a learner's permit in Texas?
Although a few states allow teen-agers to begin practicing how to drive at 14, most states have set the minimum age for which to receive a learner's permit at either 15 or 15½.  You will need to contact the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a certified driving school like Vinod Driving School Corp. to find out what the minimum age for driving is in Texas.
Do I have to take a Sugar Land Texas classroom or online drivers education course before I can sign up to take a driver training course through Vinod Driving School Corp.?
This requirement varies by state but most states do require pre-licensed drivers to take BOTH a classroom-based driver education course (generally 30 hours in length) AND a driver training course.  You should ask Vinod Driving School Corp. if they offer one or both programs.
Does Vinod Driving School Corp. provide a behind-the-wheel training course like the one that is required by the State of Texas? I need to register for one in order to obtain my driver license.
Vinod Driving School Corp. offers hands-on driver training courses which are approved by the Texas DMV.  You may want to contact Vinod Driving School Corp. directly for more information about their courses and how to go about registering for one.
What type of driver ed do I need before Texas will give me a driver's license?
Each state has its own requirements concerning drivers education, although you should know that most states now mandate all new, young drivers to sign up to take a drivers education classroom or online course as well as a driver training course.  Vinod Driving School Corp. may be able to help you fulfill the driver training requirement in Texas.  Please contact either Vinod Driving School Corp. or the Texas DMV for more information.
Am I required to take a Sugar Land Texas driver training course?
All drivers in Texas must take a driver training course.  You should contact Vinod Driving School Corp. to learn more about the courses they offer.
