All-India Driving SchoolFAQ's

Can you tell me if All-India Driving School is a licensed driving school in Texas?
Although All-India Driving School is listed on our list of driving schools in your area, we are unable to say with certainty as to whether they are currently licensed to teach behind-the-wheel training courses in Texas.  We recommend either calling All-India Driving School directly or the Texas DMV to find out whether or not All-India Driving School offers behind-the-wheel training courses that are state-approved.
I heard that parents can fill the role of driving supervisor in Texas, so taking a Irving driver training course like the one All-India Driving School offers is not necessary. Is that true?
You should contact the Texas DMV or a licensed driving school like All-India Driving School and ask them.  While parent-taught driving instruction is permitted in some states, many states do NOT allow it.
Do I need to tell All-India Driving School that I need to train with an automatic-shift automobile? I don't know how to operate a stick-shift car.
Most new drivers don't know how to operate either a stick-shift OR and automatic-shift car!  We recommend that you ask All-India Driving School if you can complete your behind-the-wheel training using an automatic-shift automobile before you enroll in their driver training course.
I live out in the middle of nowhere. There are rural and mountain roads all around. Will All-India Driving School train me how to drive in BOTH rural AND city areas?
If you live in a rural or mountain area, chances are that a local driving school like All-India Driving School will include behind-the-wheel driver training specifically tailored to that terrain.
If I'm 14, can I get a driver's permit to drive in Texas?
Possibly.  However, you should be aware that most states require you to be at least 15½ years old before you can get an instruction permit.  We recommend that you contact the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or a licensed driving school such as All-India Driving School to find out exactly what the minimum age requirement is in Texas.
Do I have to take both a drivers education classroom course and a behind-the-wheel training course in Irving Texas to get my Texas driver's license?
The laws vary depending on which state you live in, but most states do require that pre-licensed drivers enroll in a defensive driving classroom course and a driver training course.  You may want to call a driving instruction company like All-India Driving School and find out if they offer either (or both) of these programs.
I have to take a defensive driving course in Irving Texas. Can I meet this requirement by enrolling in All-India Driving School?
Yes, All-India Driving School offers defensive driving courses in Irving Texas.  You will need to contact All-India Driving School directly to get more information on the types of courses they offer and when to register for a class.
